What to wear

Women want guidance on what to wear so we are here to help narrow down your wardrobe decisions.

Wear something that you feel comfortable in, something colourful that makes you feel vibrant joy and confidence.

Make sure it’s clothing that is easy to move in, dance in, anticipate stretching, choose colour, or perhaps floaty and freeing is your vibe. Clothing that encompasses your radiance.

Wear shoes that you can easily slip off or that you feel comfortable in, as we will invite you to feel grounded on the grass.

Remember it is spring so think of protecting your skin when getting ready, as we will be enjoying the Beaumont House garden.

What to bring

Bring along your own water bottle & yoga mat or towel, whichever you feel most comfortable on as Nicola guides you through stillness, activating breathwork and mindful meditation on the lush lawns of Beaumont House.

About Our Venue

Beaumont House & Garden is part of The National Trust of South Australia. “The National Trust of South Australia actively conserves, manages and promotes South Australia’s indigenous, natural, built, historic heritage and culture and does so as a community based, non-for-profit, non-government organisation.”Beaumont House was built in 1849, the house has been occupied by Adelaide’s first Anglican Bishop and later Sir Samuel Davenport, politician, horticulturalist and founder of the Olive Oil industry. Beaumont House is maintained and cared for by a group of dedicated Volunteers.
